Ordering can be done by e-mail, phone, or fax.

Generally, we make our shipments on Monday or Tuesday. We ship in insulated boxes using ice packs and shredded paper.

For destinations in the Pacific Northwest, we use UPS ground delivery. If you have a Federal Express account, we can use your account for shipping.

We will enclose an invoice for the cheese ordered, plus the packaging and shipping cost. Because we are a small farmstead producer, please have a check for payment sent out as soon as you receive the shipment. Our terms for payment are 8 days maximum.
